A New Carpet for the Altar
Renewing the sanctuary at the heart of our worship — a fitting and beautiful setting for the altar of God.
The sanctuary is the focal point of every Mass: the place where the altar stands, where the Eucharist is celebrated, and where our parish gathers for its most sacred moments, from first Holy Communions to weddings and funerals.
After years of faithful use, the carpet around our altar has become worn and tired. We are raising £2,000 to replace it with a beautiful new carpet worthy of the sacred space it adorns.
