Regular Giving by Standing Order

One of the most helpful and generous things you can do is set up a regular monthly or annual standing order. It takes just a few minutes with your bank, and your faithful, consistent giving makes an enormous difference to how we plan and care for our parish community.

Please get in touch with the parish office and we'll send you everything you need to get started.

Give in Person

Cash

Collections are taken at every Mass. You're very welcome to use a Gift Aid envelope from the back of church — it's a lovely way to make your gift go even further.

Cheque

Cheques made payable to RCAS Tonbridge can be placed in the collection basket or handed in at the parish office during opening hours. We're always grateful for your kindness.

Card Payment

Contactless card readers are available at our churches where possible. Simply tap to give — no cash needed. Look out for the card reader at the back of church after Mass.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid is a wonderful UK government scheme that allows registered charities like ours to reclaim the basic rate of income tax on donations made by eligible UK taxpayers. This means that for every £1 you give, we can claim an extra 25p from HMRC — completely free of charge to you.

To qualify, you simply need to be a UK taxpayer and pay at least as much Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax as we will claim on your donations in the tax year. You can cancel your Gift Aid declaration at any time, and it's completely effortless once it's set up.

If you give in person, please pick up a Gift Aid envelope from the back of church. For online donations, just tick the Gift Aid box on the form above — it only takes a moment and makes such a difference to our parish.

Example calculation
Your donation £20.00
Gift Aid (25%) + £5.00
Value to our parish £25.00

That extra £5 costs you absolutely nothing — it comes from the tax you've already paid.
