Parish Priest
Fr. Philip has served as Parish Priest of Corpus Christi & St. Justus since September 2024, appointed by the Archbishop of Southwark. He brings a wealth of pastoral experience to our parish, having previously served as Parish Priest of Our Lady and St. Peter in Wimbledon Common. Fr. Philip holds a Bachelor of Theology (BTh) and is a priest of the Archdiocese of Southwark. He is warmly committed to building a vibrant, welcoming parish family across all three of our church communities in Tonbridge, Hadlow, and Paddock Wood.
Fr. Bibin Varghese
Assistant Parish Priest
Fr. Bibin comes to us from Kerala, India, where he was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Kanjirappally on 30th December 2021. He completed his theological formation at St. Joseph's Pontifical Seminary, Aluva — one of the most prestigious seminaries in India.
Before arriving in Tonbridge, Fr. Bibin served as Assistant Hostel Director at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally. This is his first posting in the United Kingdom, and we are delighted to welcome him to our parish family.
