Fr Saju

Fr. Saju, the youngest child of the family of four children, hails from India and joined the Parish in mid-September 2021. He was born in Kerala, India and joined the Capuchins after his high school study. Fr Saju received the Franciscan formation and was ordained in 2000 in his home parish in Kerala. Immediately after his Ordination, he was involved with social works and the formation of seminarians. In 2005, Fr. Saju went to Rome for his higher studies in Sacred Scripture which he completed in 2009. Subsequently he joined Heythrop College, London for his research programme which he completed in 2016. Fr. Saju lectured on Sacred Scripture at St. John’s Seminary Wonersh from 2013 until its closure in 2021. Along with his study in London, Fr. Saju served as the Asst. Priest at St. Joseph’s Bromley for nine years, then as the Parochial Administrator at St. Dominic’s Waddon for two years before he joined this parish.
